You can leave service request with the form below. Concerning your fault description please attach a picture of the broken device or part if possible thank you. In urgent cases, such as plumbing leakage and door opening request, please contact our customer service on working days between 8. am - 4 p.m or your area duty officer in the evening and on weekends.
