We make bug fixes on weekdays from 7 am to 3 pm.
Evening and weekend emergency services are for busy cases.

In urgent matters such as:

- Opening a door
- Water leak
- Sewer blockage
- Slipperiness
- Snow falling from the roof
- Other security risk
